Ola Party IDUser द्वारा दिया गया Ola Party ID केवल संबंधित service/recharge/request process के उद्देश्य से उपयोग किया जा सकता है।User यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि:- Party ID उसी का है या उसे उपयोग करने की उचित अनुमति है;- वह किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति की identity का गलत उपयोग नहीं कर रहा;- किसी third-party account को unauthorized तरीके से access करने का प्रयास नहीं करेगा।3. Account ResponsibilityUser अपने account, login credentials और account activity के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार है।यदि User को unauthorized access का संदेह हो तो उसे तुरंत Website administrator को inform करना चाहिए।User अपना password, OTP या sensitive login information किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ share न करे।4. Recharge RulesRecharge/package request submit करने का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि recharge automatically approved हो गया।हर request verification के अधीन हो सकती है।Website निम्न कारणों से किसी request को Pending, Processing, Rejected या Cancel कर सकती है:- गलत information;- गलत/invalid transaction details;- duplicate request;- suspicious activity;- fraud का संदेह;- payment mismatch;- technical issue;- third-party service issue;- violation of these Terms;- applicable law या lawful instruction।5. Free Packageयदि Website पर कोई free package उपलब्ध है, तो वह promotional सुविधा है।Website किसी भी समय:- free package की availability;- eligibility;- quantity;- frequency;- conditionsको बदल, suspend या बंद कर सकती है।6. Payment और TransactionUser द्वारा submitted UTR/transaction ID सही होना चाहिए।Fake, edited, manipulated या fraudulent payment proof submit करना strictly prohibited है।Fraudulent transaction की स्थिति में request reject, account restrict/suspend और applicable law के अनुसार further action किया जा सकता है।7. No Guarantee of Third-Party Serviceयदि recharge या service किसी third-party platform/API/system पर निर्भर करती है, तो third-party server downtime, policy change, account restriction, technical failure या service interruption के लिए Website हर परिस्थिति में जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।हम reasonable efforts करेंगे, लेकिन third-party service की continuous availability की guarantee नहीं देते।8. Prohibited ActivitiesUser निम्न कार्य नहीं करेगा:1. Fraud या cheating।2. Fake payment proof।3. किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की identity का misuse।4. Unauthorized account access।5. Hacking या security bypass।6. Malware/virus upload करना।7. Website को damage या overload करना।8. Automated abuse/bot activity करना।9. Spam करना।10. Illegal content upload करना।11. Copyright/trademark/privacy rights का उल्लंघन करना।12. Website के security mechanism को bypass करना।13. किसी employee/admin/user को threaten, harass या abuse करना।14. User-Generated ContentUser द्वारा submit किए गए content के लिए primary responsibility User की होगी।User यह represent करता है कि उसके पास उस content को submit करने का legal right है।Website को illegal, infringing, abusive, misleading या policy-violating content को remove/restrict करने का अधिकार है।10. Account Suspension/TerminationWebsite बिना prior notice के account या service को temporarily suspend/restrict कर सकती है, जहाँ reasonable grounds हों, जैसे:- fraud;- abuse;- suspicious activity;- Terms violation;- security risk;- unlawful activity;- repeated false complaints;- misuse of recharge system।जहाँ कानून के अनुसार आवश्यक हो, appropriate notice/reason या grievance mechanism उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।11. No GuaranteeWebsite services “as available” और “as is” basis पर उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं।हम यह guarantee नहीं देते कि:- Website हमेशा uninterrupted रहेगी;- Website हमेशा error-free होगी;- third-party service हमेशा available रहेगी;- हर request निश्चित समय में complete होगी;- कोई technical error कभी नहीं होगा।12. Limitation of LiabilityApplicable law द्वारा permitted maximum extent तक, Website/Operator की liability केवल उस वास्तविक और directly attributable loss तक सीमित होगी जिसे applicable law के अनुसार legally recoverable माना जाए।किसी भी स्थिति में Website/Operator indirect, incidental, consequential, special या purely speculative losses के लिए liable नहीं होगा, जहाँ ऐसी limitation कानून द्वारा permitted हो।यह clause किसी ऐसी liability को exclude नहीं करता जिसे applicable law के तहत legally exclude करना संभव नहीं है।13. User IndemnityUser agrees कि उसके द्वारा:- Terms का उल्लंघन;- fraudulent activity;- illegal activity;- third-party rights का infringement;- unauthorized use;- submitted content;- गलत informationके कारण Website/Operator के विरुद्ध कोई claim, loss, penalty, cost या legal expense उत्पन्न होता है, तो applicable law के अधीन User उसके लिए जिम्मेदार हो सकता है।14. Intellectual PropertyWebsite का design, logo, branding, original text, graphics, software, database structure और अन्य original materials Website/Operator या संबंधित rights holders की property हो सकते हैं।बिना written permission इनके unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale या commercial exploitation की अनुमति नहीं है।15. Website Owner की Personal LiabilityWebsite पर प्रकाशित Terms, Privacy Policy और अन्य policies Website/business operation से संबंधित rules हैं।जहाँ legally permissible हो, User किसी individual owner/director/operator की personal assets या personal affairs को Website के सामान्य disputes से automatically जोड़ने का दावा नहीं कर सकता।हालाँकि यह clause किसी व्यक्ति की ऐसी liability को समाप्त नहीं करता जिसे कानून के तहत legally exclude नहीं किया जा सकता।16.
